We’re happy to welcome your furry friends to our community! Please review our pet guidelines below:

🐾 Pet Limit & Fees

• Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
• Maximum weight: 40 lbs each

🐾 Requirements Before Move-In

• Pet addendum must be signed
• Pet fees must be paid in full

 💰One-time non-refundable fee: $200  💸
💸Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet 💰

🐾 Responsible Pet Ownership

• Pets must be under control at all times
• Please pick up after your pets – waste stations are provided
• Animals must be leashed when outside your home, except in the designated Paw Park

🐾 Breed Restrictions

The following breeds (including mixes or hybrids) are not permitted due to insurance requirements:
American Bulldog
American Pit Bull Terrier
American Staffordshire Terrier 🐾
Akita
Bullmastiff
Chow Chow 🐾
Doberman Pinscher
German Shepherd 🐾
Great Dane
Husky
Karelian Bear Dog
Malamute
Pit Bull 🐾
Presa Canario
Rottweiler 🐾
Staffordshire Terrier
Any trained attack or guard dog
Any dog bred or trained for fighting
