🐾  PAW POLICY  🐾

🐾  Any tenant or applicant who wishes to keep a pet shall inform management.

🐾 Prior to move-in, pet addendum must be signed; pet deposit and fees must be received.
🐾  A maximum of two pets total per apartment home are permitted.

🐾 Pet owners must be able to maintain control over their pets.

🐾 Pets shall be restrained (cats and dogs must be leashed) when on development property outside the owner’s apartment or visiting in the apartment of another resident. (If the housing manager designates a specific fenced pet walking area, pets could be unrestrained in those areas.)

🐾 IAW with current insurance  The following breeds are not permitted on the community: 

   🐾  American Staffordshire Terriers

   🐾  American Pit Bull Terrier

   🐾  Staffordshire Bull Terriers

   🐾  Pit Bulls

   🐾  Doberman Pinschers 

   🐾  Rottweiler’s

   🐾  Chows

   🐾  Bull Mastiffs

   🐾  German Shepherds

   🐾  Any mixed breed animal which includes one or more of the breeds listed above

   🐾  Any trained attack or guard dog

   🐾  Any fighting dog or dog bred for fighting

🐾   All female dogs over the age of six months and all female cats over the the age of ten months must be neutered. If health problems prevent such spaying or neutering, a veterinarian’s certificate will be necessary to allow the pet to become or continue to be a resident of the community.

🐾  Service animals are welcomed with proper documentation.
